REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS:

All transactions performed on bettina.com.gr agree with both the International, European and National legal frameworks which refer to matters such as electronic commerce. Transactions are also carried according to Consumer Data Protection laws (Ν. 2251/1994), which refer to matters such as remote sales. If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased, subject to the following conditions :

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase. You must provide your name and address. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for all countries apart from Greece) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above. If you are not based in Greece you are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.

FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS:

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

RETURN METHOD:

If you live in Greece and you wish to return or exchange an item purchased please contact our customer care team in store and we will give you our ACS code to make the shipment of the product back to us for FREE. If you live outside Greece then only the value of the product is refundable and you will be charged by us for the shipping cost. You are also responsible for the cost and the safe return of the purchased product (within 14 days from purchase) to us in order to be refunded.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES:

You should be aware that, if you are buying goods online, you may have to pay customs duty, depending on the country that you are buying the goods from.

If you live in a different continent than Europe there may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order by your local government when delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards.

We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Bettina.

If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information!

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

• Where goods are not available
• Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
• If there has been a pricing or product description error
• If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions

Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the Privacy Policy, any material you transmit or post to this website will be considered non confidential and non proprietary. We will have no obligations with respect to such material, We and our nominee will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodies therein for any and all commercial or non commercial purposes.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any material

• That is threatening, defamatory obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.
• For which you have not obtained all necessary licence and/or approval

CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD VIA VIVA PAYMENTS

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and Discover cards that allow online (e-commerce) transactions. All credit card transactions on this site are processed by Viva Payments, in a secure online payment gateaway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

PAYPAL

PayPal allows you to pay online in absolute safety in a secure host environment. You can use the funds available in your PayPal account to make the payment, or you can pay directly by credit card, even if you don't have a PayPal account.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

This payment method is valid ONLY within Greece. Cash on delivery to the postal services, upon receiving the shipment.

While we endeavour to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case if system failure.
