Orders Delivery Mode & Shipping Costs
Bettina has tied up with ACS for delivery of goods in Greece and Post or TNT courier for the rest of the world.
The shipping is free for orders delivered all over Greece.
The shipping cost for orders delivered in Cyprus is 20 euros for shippings by ACS courier and the estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days.
The shipping cost for orders delivered in Europe (except Greece and Cyprus) is 30 euros for shippings by Post and the estimated delivery time is 3-6 working days.
The shipping cost for orders delivered in Europe (except Greece and Cyprus) is 50 euros for shippings by TNT courier and the estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days.
The shipping cost for orders delivered in the rest of the world is 30 euros for shippings by Post and the delivery time is 6-9 working days.
Delivery within the European Union is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However if you are a customer from a anon E.U. country you might be asked to pay further duties at customs control. Cross border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities. We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
Delivery Time
The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on his order within a reasonable time indicated on the Website according to the destination of the order and the conditions specific to the shipping carrier. The shipping time is for information only and is not guaranteed. Bettina.com.gr cannot be held responsible if delivery is unduly delayed because of local customs or any other reason.
In case courier company is not able to contact/varify recipient, goods will be returned to us and no refund will be paid.
Delivery
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
We make every effort to dispatch items on time. If we are unable to deliver the items within your chosen date, we will inform you. In this case, order can be cancelled by us, subject to response from you within 24 hours. In case we do not hear from you, order will be dispatched without date & time obligation.
If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the Confirmation Email, please contact our Customer service On-line quoting the order reference contained in your Order Confirmation Email.
Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of items purchased does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full. You will be asked to sign for acceptance of the goods which makes it understood that the goods were received in good condition. However, if upon opening the package you find something missing or broken, please contact us immediately.
Availability of Items and Substitution
We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either:
Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or
Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item; or
If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.
